A Presbyterian church of Wales (Welsh: Eglwys Bresbyteraidd Cymru), as well referred to as A Calvinistic Methodist Church (Welsh: Yr Eglwys Fethodistaidd Galfinaidd), occurs as denomination of Protestant Christianity. It was natural away from a Welsh Methodist revival in a eighteenth century and seceded from either the Church of England in 1811. It formally formed itself into the separate immune system around 1823 with the drawing higher of its Confession of faith. These are distinguished from either a Methodism of John Wesley by the Calvinistic nature of its theology. For the history of the church, watch Calvinistic Methodists.
